Where does the time go? Brennen is now 7 and in the 2nd grade. I am just amazed that already have a 2nd grader. I am pretty sure he was just in preschool. *SIGH* I am so thankful he is the confident, independent, enthusiastic kid that he is, it makes the first day of school so much easier.
Waiting at the bus stop. This is the first year I didn't insist on driving him the first day. It made me sad. Our dear friend, Payal, spent a wonderful day with me and the kids before her big move to another state. We took the kids to Boulevard park to explore and play. Payal has a very special place in our hearts as both Payal and her mother have cared for and loved each one of my kids since for the past 7 1/2 years (since Brennen was 6 weeks old). Payal is one of the main reasons we have attended the gym that we do. We miss your sunshine and love, Payal!
