Brennen is now 6 years old and going into the first grade. Yikes! We kicked off his birthday celebration with a family dinner at Red Robin's. Brennen loves to go out to eat so this was a fun treat. We came home, opened presents, and had some yummy cake that Rylan helped me make. Brennen was thrilled that he did get his very own camera!
On Saturday, we had Brennen's friend party. He chose a Star Wars theme and invited ten friends. We were thrilled to see that all ten friends could come! I was thankful that I limited it to 10, boys only, and no siblings. This was a must since my son is such a social butterfly. The boys seemed to have a blast. We started them off with some Jedi training which meant running through an obstacle course. We also played a "Save Princess Leia" game, an asteroid hunt, and a moon rock walk. There were some big smiles all around so I think it was a success!

It looks like you had awesome weather for the party! What fun games, too! I can't wait until the boys are older to really understand the whole "party" thing.
