My son got off the bus the other day with a nice smile of greeting. This is always such a nice time as we take our short walk home and talk about his day. Yesterday's conversation went something like this...
"Hey mom! Did you know when you put your middle finger straight up it means something bad!?" (mind you this is being said with GREAT enthusiasm).
"Yes, I do know that, son and if you ever do it you will be in big trouble!"
"I won't do it mom, I prooommmisssseeeeee, but can you tell me what it means?"
Oh, the joys of first grade. Brennen learned this from a friend who has an older brother. Not a big surprise there! :)

Hey for the record i did not teach my nephew anything like that hopefully he keeps the bird to a minimum.
