Thanks to my Brother and sister-in-law we spent Thanksgiving in Whistler. It was a little bit different than early October. The Christmas lights and wreaths were up in the village and we had some snow on Saturday. It definitely put me in the holiday mood. The kids had a blast. We spent most of the time in the pool using the water slide. Emery even got her first swim in the big pool! We took some nice walks in the village, enjoyed alot of dark chocolate, had some ice cream at Cows and watched the Olympic Developmental Team run the Luge. Talk about cool! These were 15 and 16 year olds flying down the mountain on a tiny sled at about 70 mph. The athletes are all hopefuls for the 2014 Olympics. Brennen was really excited about watching because the fastest athlete there was also named Brennan. Tons of fun!

If you look through all the steam, you can see Brennen on the slide.
Time to pull the wish bone.
